Mukundan Unni Associates - Disney+ Hotstar (January 13)
Directed by editor-turned-filmmaker Abhinav Sunder Nayak, Mukundan Unni Associates is a dark comedy with Vineeth Sreenivasan playing the lead role of a narcissistic advocate. The film won widespread praise from critics and cinephiles, who found the unapologetic portrayal of an evil character refreshing. It has Aarsha Chandini Baiju as the female lead, while Suraj Venjaramoodu, Tanvi Ram, Sudhi Koppa, and Jagadish play other pivotal roles.
Trial By Fire- Netflix (January 13)
Starring Abhay Deol and Rajshri Deshpande, Trial By Fire is a series based on the book Trial By Fire: The Tragic Tale of the Uphaar Fire Tragedy. It was written by Neelam and Shekhar Krishnamoorthy who lost their children in the 1997 Uphaar cinema fire in Delhi. The Uphaar cinema fire occurred on June 13, 1997. During the 3pm screening of the film Border, a fire occurred resulting in 59 people getting stuck inside the hall and dying of asphyxiation. 103 others were injured. The victims and the families of the deceased later formed. The series is directed by Prashant Nair.

Overall the show revolves around a diverse band of Nazi hunters living in 1977 New York City, who discover that hundreds of high-ranking Nazi officials are living among them and conspiring to create a Fourth Reich in the United States. The series also stars Jerrika Hinton and Lena Olin.
Varalaru Mukkiyam- Netflix (January 15)
Written and helmed by Santhosh Rajan, this Jiiva-starrer also features Kashmira Pardeshi, VTV Ganesh, Saranya Ponvannan, among others. The film released in theatres on December 16. The film revolves around Karthik, who has a thirst to become famous, while his friend Adaikalam wants to become a politician. As Karthik falls in love with his new neighbor, the latter’s sister falls for Karthik.

A twisted turn of events which happens in a brothel, makes three women get haunted by their pasts as they are on run. It stars Verónica Sánchez,Miguel Ángel Silvestre,Asier Etxeandia. The show is created by Álex Pina,Esther Martínez Lobato
