Donning new getups and undergoing physical transformations for roles are nothing new for Chiyaan Vikram. But the array of looks that were promised in the promotional posters of his new film, Cobra, took everyone by surprise. A section of people even wondered if it might be a gimmick to draw attention. But, the film's teaser, released today, ensures that fans of the actor are in for a treat. 

Right from the first look poster, director Ajay Gnanamuthu has been hinting that maths has a huge role to play in this commercial entertainer. The new featurette makes it clear that Vikram plays an evil mathematical genius who goes on a crime spree, aided by his disguising skills. 

Apart from Vikram, Cobra has an interesting lineup of names like cricketer Irfan Pathan, KGF-fame Srinidhi Shetty and Roshan Matthews. The big-budget actioner has music by AR Rahman and is one of the most-expected Tamil films of this year.
